What is the best lense to use for photographing night High School football games?

I would like to know what is the best digital Nikon zoom lense to use when photographing night High School football games with a Nikon D200 camera?

For reach, I’d recommend the 70-300mm ED or 70-300mm VR, but for the low light and action, an 80-200mm f/2.8 would be optimal.

I shoot NBA & WNBA games with my old Nikon 75-300mm, but I have the advantage of fairly even indoor arena lighting.

What are the basic rules of flag football?

Please explain! I’ve never played flag football before. I am captain but still don’t really know how to play (as do the rest of my gym class). Basic rules.
HomeRun Hitter Jake, the teacher picks I guess depending on your leadership skills.

How’d you become captain? Everything is the same as football except that you can’t tackle people instead you just try to strip their flag.

academy will always have cheap cleats. but if i were you i would invest around $90 in a good pair of soccer cleats, it will make all the difference. soccer.com is the best website for soccer gear. some cleats in the price range are diadora maracana, adidas copa mudial, adidas predator absolion PS, puma v3.06, puma v-kon, nike total 90 strike, and nike mercurial talaria. some are for speed, some for power, some for touch. the best of these is porbably the copa mundial, that is what i would go for if i were you.

Will wearing soccer cleats affect a tattoo on my foot 3 1/2 days after I get it?

I’m planning on getting a tattoo on my foot this Friday morning. I know tattoos scab up and that if the scab gets pulled off it affects the inking of the tattoo. I have soccer practice the following Tuesday in the late evening. By wearing my cleats, will the rubbing ruin the tattoo? Even if it’s wrapped?

4.21 seconds…. blazing speed. Fabian Washington had the fastest 40 ever at the combine with 4.25
Edit: my bad you said football… 4.21 is the fastest ever… maurice greene, whom I think some NFL teams have actually tried to recruit… so does that count?

What is the difference between US and Canadian Football rules?

-Field size is 110 yards long and 65 yards wide. End Zones are 20 yards deep.
-12 players on the field
-Three downs
-If you punt the ball into the endzone, the opposing team must run the ball out, or the punting team is award a single point
-A missed field goal could still result in a single point, unless the opposing team does not run the ball out of the endzone
-Punt or kick team must allow 5 yards for the player to catch the ball, instead of the fair catch rule.
-Three minute warning
-20 second play clocks
-Overall the Canadian game tends to be a bit faster than the American.
