    What I have learned …
What I have learned to get the most power is to have your elbows even with your knees, fit your hands around the chest and drive while squeezing your elbows together. You may have not heard it explained that way, but its like the same thing that most people naturally do.

    At most, your arms …
At most, your arms should be at a 145 degree angle, any smaller than that is no good. You have much less power with your arms in compact.

Noone is ever going to stand up like that. The center was in a good position, but the d-lineman should be in a better position to illustrate what it should look like.

    this guy is making …
this guy is making a big deal about the centers holding. in the line of scrimage there is gonna be too much stuff going on for the refs to tell if your holding or not. but when you get where you have to go to the linebackers then you need to watch the holding penalties.thats what my coach always has told me.
